【摘要】:Thisdocumentcoverscubecuttingmachinesandaccessories.1Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofcubescuttingmachines(seeFigures1to6and12to18).Themachinescoveredbythisdocumentareusedtosizereducefreshmeat,meatproductsandproductsofthesamekindbycuttinginacuttingunit.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomachines,appliancesandmachinery,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Thisdocumentdealswiththehazardswhichcanariseduringcommissioning,operation,maintenanceandde-commissioningofthemachine.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletocubescuttingmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.2Thisdocumentcoversthefollowingtypesofcubescuttingmachines:—Cubescuttingmachineswithaforwardfeedplunger,alatticeandasicklebladewithloadingbyhand(seeFigure2)—Cubescuttingmachineswithaforwardfeedplunger,alattice,asickleblade,afeedintakehopperandaloadingdevice(seeFigure1)—Cubescuttingmachineswitharotatingcuttingtool,amulti-segmentbladeandafeedconveyor(seeFigures3and5)—Cubescuttingmachineswitharotatingcuttingtoolandcentrifugalforceloading(seeFigure6)3MachineconstructionCubescuttingmachinesareconstructedofamachineframe,afeedintakechamber/magazine,aforwardfeedplungerorniproller,alatticeorarotatingcuttingtool,asickleormulti-segmentblade,anassociateddriveandelectrical,hydraulicandpneumaticcomponents,dependingonmachinetype.Cubescuttingmachinesinthescopeofthisdocumentmaybeequippedwith:—alidoverthefeedintakechamber/magazine;—atransfercarforthesickleblade/multi-segmentblade,cuttingbladeandlattice;—aloadingdevice;—afeedconveyor.4IntendeduseTheintendeduse(asdefinedinENISO12100-1:2003,3.12)ofcubescuttingmachinesasdealtwithinthisdocumentisdescribedin1.1.Theproducttobecutisfedmanuallyorbytheloadingdevice/feedconveyorintothefeedintakechamber.Theproductisfedtothecuttingunitbytheforwardfeedplungerand/orbytheniprollerorbycentrifugalforceandsizereduced.Althoughitshouldbeadvisedagainst,thedocument,takingintoaccountpractice,dealswiththehazardsduetocleaningwithpressurisedwater.
