【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodevaluatestheenergyandwaterconsumptionofrackconveyor,commercialdishwashingmachines,hereafterreferredtoasdishwashers.Dishwashersmayhaveremoteorself-containedboosterheater.Thisproceduredoesnotaddresscleaningorsanitizingperformance.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletobothhotwatersanitizingandchemicalsanitizingrackconveyormachines,whichincludebothsingletankandmultipletankmachines.Dishwashertankheatersareevaluatedseparatelyfromtheboosterheater.1.3Thefollowingproceduresareincludedinthistestmethod:1.3.1ProcedurestoConfirmDishwasherisOperatingProperlyPriortoPerformanceTestingMaximumenergyinputrateofthetankheaters().Maximumenergyinputrateoftheboosterheater,ifapplicable().Finalsanitizingrinsewaterconsumptioncalibration().Boostertemperaturecalibration,ifapplicable().Washtanktemperaturecalibration().Washtankpumpandconveyormotorcalibration().1.3.2EnergyUsageandCycleRatePerformanceTestsWashingenergyperformancetest().Tankheateridleenergyrate().Boosteridleenergyrate,ifprovided().1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
