【摘要】:ThispartofISO15587specifiesamethodforextractingtraceelementsfromawatersampleusingnitricacidasadigestionagent.Themethodisapplicabletoalltypesofwaterswithasuspendedsolidsconcentrationoflessthan20g/landatotalorganiccarbon(TOC)concentrationexpressedascarbonoflessthan5g/l.Thenitricaciddigestionmethodisempiricalanditmightnotnecessarilyreleaseelementscompletely.However,formostenvironmentalapplicationstheresultisfitforpurpose.Nitricaciddigestionissuitableforthereleaseof:Al,As,B,Ba,Be,Ca,Cd,Co,Cr.Cu,Fe.Hg,K,Mg.Mn,Mo,Na,Ni,P,Pb,Se,Sr,Tl,V,Zn(asteriskindicatesapossiblelowerrecoverycomparedtoaquaregiadigestionmethodspecifiedinISO15587-1,seereference[1]).ItissuitableforthereleaseofAgonlyifthesampletsstabilizedimmediatelyafterdigestion.NitricaciddigestionisnotsuitableforSb,SnandforthedigestionofrefractorycompoundssuchasSiO2,TiO2andAI2O3.Themethodisgenericandmaybeimplementedusingawidevarietyofequipmentprovided—thedigestioncompositionisunchanged,—thedigestiontemperatureisknown,and—thedigestiondurationisinaccordancewiththistemperature.
