【摘要】:Theusefullifeofphotovoltaicmodulesmaydependontheirabilitytowithstandrepeatedtemperaturecyclingwithvaryingamountsofmoistureintheair.Thesetestmethodsprovideproceduresforsimulatingtheeffectsofcyclictemperatureandhumidityenvironments.Anextendeddurationdampheatprocedureisprovidedtosimulatetheeffectsoflongtermexposuretohighhumidity.Thedurationsoftheindividualenvironmentaltestsarespecifiedbyuseofthistestmethod;however,commonlyuseddurationsare50and200thermalcycles,10humidity-freezecycles,and1000hofdampheatexposure,asspecifiedbymodulequalificationstandardssuchasIEC61215andIEC61646.Longerdurationscanalsobespecifiedforextendeddurationmodulestresstesting.Mounting8212;Testmodulesaremountedsothattheyareelectricallyisolatedfromeachother,andinsuchamannertoallowfreeaircirculationaroundthefrontandbacksurfacesofthemodules.CurrentBiasing:Duringthethermalcyclingprocedure,testmodulesareoperatedwithoutilluminationandwithaforward-biascurrentequaltothemaximumpowerpointcurrentatstandardreportingconditions(SRC,seeTestMethodsE1036)flowingthroughthemodulecircuitry.Thecurrentbiasingisintendedtostressthemoduleinterconnectionsandsolderbondsinwayssimilartothosethatarebelievedtoberesponsibleforfill-factordegradationinfield-deployedmodules.EffectsofTestProcedures8212;Datageneratedusingthesetestmethodsmaybeusedtoevaluateandcomparetheeffectsofsimulatedenvironmentontestspecimens.Thesetestmethodsrequiredeterminationofbothvisibleeffectsandelectricalperformanceeffects.Effectsonmodulesmayvaryfromnonetosignificantchanges.Somephysicalchangesinthemodulemaybevisiblewhentherearenoapparentelectricalchangesinthemodule.Similarly,electricalchangesmayoccurwithnovisiblechangesinthemodule.Allconditionsofmeasurement,effectsofcycling,andanydeviationsfromthistestmethodmustbedescribedinthereportsothatanassessmentoftheirsignificancecanbemade.Sequencing8212;Ifthesetestmethodsareperformedaspartofacombinedsequencewithotherenvironmentalornon-environmentaltests,theresultsofthefinalelectricaltests(6.2)andvisualinspection(6.3)determinedattheendofonetestmaybeusedastheinitialelectricaltestsandvisualinspectionforthenexttest;duplicationofthesetestsisnotnecessaryunlesssospecified.1.1Thesetestmethodsprovideproceduresforstressingphotovoltaicmodulesinsimulatedtemperatureandhumidityenvironments.Environmentaltestingisusedtosimulateagingofmodulematerialsonanacceleratedbasis.1.2Threeindividualenvironmentaltestproceduresaredefinedbythesetestmethods:athermalcyclingprocedure,ahumidity-freezecyclingprocedure,andanextendeddurationdampheatprocedure.Electricalbiasingisutilizedduringthethermalcyclingproceduretosimulatestressesthatareknowntooccurinfield-deployedmodules.1.3Thesetestmethodsdefinemountingmethodsformodulesundergoingenvironmentaltesting,andspecifyparametersthatmustberecordedandreported.1.4Thesetestmethodsdonotestablishpassorfaillevels.Thedeterminationofacceptableorunacceptableresultsisbeyondthescopeofthesetestmethods.1.5Anyoftheindividualenvironmentaltestsmaybeperformedsingly,ormaybeco......
